Are there maintenance fees associated with deeded property?
Can the timeshare be traded for other types of weeks or units within the same development?

There is always a maintenance fee involved in timeshare property ownership. As far as trading for other types of units within the same development, it is up to the individual resorts or vacation club regulations.
