Can a single man purchase a resort property (e.g., a condominium) shared with others. Each “owner” owns a certain period of time and occupies a unit of accommodation on a regular basis for a number of years. Timeshare is sometimes referred to as “Vacation Exchange,” “Holiday Ownership,” “Multi Ownership” or “Group Ownership.”

This is a very good question, of course a single man can purchase timeshare at any time, and however, many timeshare companies do not extend their promotions to single man due to bad sales experience in the past. No one is excluded from touring the timeshare property and buying at the resort, it is the gift or discounted rate what some times it is not extended to single man.
