Details of Participation:
Please note that this reservation is a "One Time Only" reservation on our websites and no further reservations will be allowed through our company websites.This promotion is sponsored by Bluegreen Vacations Unlimited, Inc. d/b/a Bluegreen Resorts (“Bluegreen”), and is designed for married, cohabiting or single individuals with an annual household income of $50,000 or more. Married couples may combine their incomes to meet the income requirement, and, if married, the couple is required to visit and tour together. Cohabitants are encouraged to attend together. Attendance at an approximately 90-120 minute Bluegreen Vacation Club® sales presentation on the benefits of vacation ownership is also required to qualify for this offer. The sales presentation will be in English.  Verified retail value of promotional gifts ranges from $50.00 to $150.00 depending on the promotion, unless stated otherwise. Verified retail value of accommodations is a rate of up to $175.00 per night, based upon travel season, check-in dates, and package offer. Additional charges may apply during weekends, peak periods and holiday stays. Savings and accommodations may vary per season. A photo ID as well as a valid personal Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover credit card, or a Visa or MasterCard check card, is also required at check-in for incidentals during your stay. Transportation, additional expenses, and applicable room and other taxes are the sole responsibility of the recipients. Accommodations are at THE ROSEN PLAZA HOTEL or at a Bluegreen preferred partner hotel. This offer is made on a space available basis and is non-transferable and non-refundable. One offer per family, no groups. Travel must be completed within 12 months from the issue date of the vacation package. If you have to reschedule, you must notify us at least two (2) weeks prior to your arrival, and a $50.00 re-schedule fee will be charged. (Only 1 reschedule per package). No rescheduling is allowed within two (2) weeks of your scheduled arrival date. No "group" tours will be accepted, no more than two families occupying the same room. If you have a reservation with us, we cannot offer another reservation to other friends or relatives of yours, but they can stay with you in your villa if the maximum occupancy allows it. A $375.00 penalty will be split between two or more families related in any way (relatives, friends, neighbors, etc,) travelling together with two or more different reservations. No purchaser should rely on representations other than those included in these Details of Participation. Bluegreen acts as an agent for hotel, attractions, and other services supplied as part of the vacation package and will not assume any responsibility and shall not be liable for any loss, cancellation costs, accidents, injuries, damage to persons or property, indirect, incidental, special consequential, or punitive damages arising from, or in conjunction with, any of these services. All operators, including air carriers, hotels, car rental companies and attractions mentioned are independent contractor suppliers, each of which has obligations toward and limitations in respect to liability to the purchaser directly. Bluegreen is not responsible for cancellations or interruptions due to nature, strikes, terrorism, or Acts of God. Employees of Bluegreen®, Bluegreen Corporation, their affiliated companies, and their immediate families, previous participants of Bluegreen promotions within the past 15 months, and Bluegreen owners that have attended a Bluegreen Vacation Club sales presentation within the preceding ninety (90) days, are ineligible for this offer. This offer is not valid in conjunction with any other offer. This promotion is offered throughout the U.S., however, it is void where prohibited by law and where state licensing requirements have not been met. Names and addresses obtained during this promotion may be used for the purpose of soliciting sales of timeshare periods and/or discount vacation products and travel services. In addition, you agree to be contacted by telephone, including through the use of an automated telephone dialer, in which case a pre-recorded message may be left on your answering machine, mail, and/or e-mail by Bluegreen, Bluegreen Corporation, and their affiliates concerning this promotion and any other future promotions. IMPORTANT NOTE: Participants in the promotion who do not meet the qualifications set forth in the above Details of Participation, including those who fail to attend the sales presentation, will have charged to their credit or check card a $375 penalty fee. Participants with confirmed reservations who fail to check into their reserved accommodations on the first reserved date or who fail to reschedule their reservations AT LEAST TWO (2) WEEKS IN ADVANCE OF CHECK-IN DATE will forfeit the package purchase price. By making a reservation in response to this promotion, you are agreeing to this policy.
