Qualifications

1. Attend a 90 minute to 2 hours sales presentation;
2. Both husband and wife must be between 25 and 75 years of age;
3. Be married, or a cohabiting couple, have a combined Gross Annual Income of at least $50,000;
4. If married/co-habitants, both parties must attend the presentation together. Couples that are cohabitating but not legally married can tour under married qualifications providing proof of the same address;
5. Single females must have an annual gross income of minimum $60,000
6. Bring, as proof of ID, one picture ID verifying residence at the same address, and one major credit card (American Express/MasterCard/Visa/Discover) Debit or pre-funded cards are not accepted;
7. A major Credit Card will be required upon check-in. A $50.00 security deposit for incidentals will be held on your credit card at check-in. Charges will be reversed at check-out.
8. Both parties attending the sales presentation must understand, read and speak fluent English or Spanish without the benefit of an interpreter; and If you and your spouse or cohabiting partner (if applicable) are eligible for the incentive, then both of you must attend and complete a 90 minute sales presentation on vacation ownership.
9. In the event the guest does not attend the full sales presentation the current rack room rate of up to $180.00 per day plus applicable taxes will be charged to their credit card.
10. Residents of Brevard, Lake, Orange, Osceola, Polk, Seminole, or Volusia Counties are not eligible for the promotion. Celebration World Resort owners are not eligible for the promotion.
11. No residents of Venezuela, Argentina and the Providence of Quebec.
12. Participants must be willing to show two (2) forms of identification at the check-in and just before the sales presentation:
• 1. Driver’s license and other photo identification
• 2. A major credit card (No debit cards are accepted at check in)

Terms & Conditions

Attendance at a 90-minute Celebration World Resort sales presentation is required. Both husband and wife must attend and complete the 90 minute sales presentation together. Combined annual income must be at least $50,000 with a major credit card. Guests must present a major credit card and valid photo ID at the tour reception desk. You are ineligible if you have previously toured Celebration World Resort in the past 12 months. No "group" tours will be accepted, no more than two families occupying the same villa. If you have a reservation with us, we cannot offer another reservation to other friends or relatives of yours, but they can stay with you in your villa if the maximum occupancy allows it. A $350.00 penalty will be imposed for groups (relatives, friends, neighbors, etc,) travelling together with two or more different reservations. All reservations are subject to availability and based on a first come, first served basis. Date changes made within 72 hours prior to arrival will be subject to a charge equal to the rate of one night's accommodations. Guests who fail to check-in on the date confirmed will incur a "no show" charge equal to one night's stay. Participants in the promotion who do not meet the qualifications set forth in the above Details of Participation, including those who fail to attend the sales presentation, will have charged to their credit card the regular room rack rate of the resort of up to $180.00 per night for a one bedroom condo and up to $250.00 for a two bedroom condo. No refunds for early departures. This offer is not refundable, not transferable and is not valid in conjunction with any other offer. This vacation package is non-refundable; however, it can be rescheduled one time upon 72 hour advance notice, all other changes are subject to a $25 rescheduling fee. In the event you cannot travel on your scheduled dates, you must give at least 72 hours advance notice of cancellation to avoid “no show” charges. Should you desire to re-schedule your arrival date, you must notify us prior to 72 hours in advance of this confirmed arrival date, and based upon availability, we will help you select other travel dates within the next 12 month period. No refunds for early departures. Offer subject to change without notice. This offer is not transferable and is not valid in conjunction with any other offer. Retail value of accommodations is as follows and may vary according to season: One Bedroom $121.00 (value season) Two Bedroom $202.00 (value season).

IMPORTANT NOTE: Participants in the promotion who do not meet the qualifications set forth in the above Details of Participation, including those who fail to attend the sales presentation, will have charged to their credit card the regular room rack rate of the resort of up to $180.00 per night for a one bedroom condo and up to $250.00 for a two bedroom condo. Participants with confirmed reservations who fail to check into their reserved accommodations on the first reserved date or who fail to reschedule their reservations AT LEAST 72 HOURS IN ADVANCE OF CHECK-IN DATE will forfeit the package purchase price. By making a reservation in response to this promotion, you are agreeing to this policy.
