Qualifications

1. Clients must maintain a U.S. citizenship or be a legal resident of the United States, United Kingdom, Canada or Mexico. Clients must not be residents of Brevard, Lake, Orange, Osceola, Polk and Seminole Counties, Florida.
2. Both husband and wife must be over 25 years of age;
3. Be married, or a cohabiting couple, with a combined Gross Annual Income of at least $50,000;
4. Single women are qualified to tour with an annual income that equals or exceeds Fifty Thousand Dollars ($50,000). Single women must be at least Twenty-Eight (28) years of age.
5. Have not participated in a Island One Resorts sales presentation within the past 18 months;
6. Qualified prospective purchasers must be in possession of a Major Credit Card (American Express, Discover, Visa or MasterCard) or Bank Debit/Check/ATM Cards, with a Visa or Master Card logo. Checkbooks DO NOT qualify as acceptable means of method of payment. Clients must also have a State issued driver’s license or a government issued picture ID. Identification will be inspected prior to the tour to verify age and residency.
7. Both parties attending the sales presentation must understand, read and speak fluent English or Spanish without the benefit of an interpreter; and If you and your spouse or cohabiting partner (if applicable) are eligible for the discounted rates for accommodations at Liki Tiki Village Resort, then both of you must attend and complete the entire presentation on vacation ownership. Our presentation is designed to last for approximately 120 minutes; however, under certain circumstances it could last longer.
8. This vacation package is non-refundable. Failure to meet these requirements or complete our presentation will result in your credit card being charged a $350 penalty.
9. Liki Tiki Village Resort owners are not eligible for the promotion.
10. No groups. (no families or friends travelling together with the same promotion except if they are staying in your villa)
11. This reservation is pre-paid and your credit card will be charge the full amount within 24 hours after submitting your reservation request.

Details of Participation:

This promotion does not include any attraction tickets. Attendance at a 2-hour sales presentation at Liki Tiki Village Resort sales center is required. All persons must be over 25 years of age; This promotion is for married couples or couples living together and with the same address in their driver license or as proof of co-habitating (mortgage, rental lease, driver’s license, bank statement). Husband and wife or partner must attend and complete the sales presentation together. Combined annual income must be at least $50,000 with a Major Credit Card (American Express, Discover, Visa or MasterCard) or Bank Debit/Check/ATM Cards, with a Visa or Master Card logo. If you have toured Liki Tiki Village Resort in the past you must call our office to check if you qualify for this promotion. Single women qualify only if they are 28 years of age with an annual income of at least $50,000. No "group" tours will be accepted, no more than two families occupying the same villa. If you have a reservation with us, we cannot offer another reservation to other friends or relatives of yours, but they can stay with you in your villa if the maximum occupancy allows it. A $350.00 penalty will be imposed for groups (relatives, friends, neighbors, etc,) travelling together with two or more different reservations. All reservations are subject to availability and based on a first come, first served basis. This vacation package is non-refundable; however, it can be rescheduled one time upon 72 hour advance notice and is subject to a $25 rescheduling fee. In the event you cannot travel on your scheduled dates, you must give at least 72 hours advance notice of cancellation to avoid “no show” charges. Failure to give 72 hour notice, will result in forfeiture of your vacation package. Should you desire to re-schedule your arrival date, please contact customer service prior to 72 hours in advance of this confirmed arrival date, and based upon availability, we will help you select other travel dates within the next 12 months period. IMPORTANT NOTE: Participants in the promotion who do not meet the qualifications set forth in the above Details of Participation, including those who fail to attend the sales presentation, will have charged to their credit card $350 penalty fee. Participants with confirmed reservations who fail to check into their reserved accommodations on the first reserved date or who fail to reschedule their reservations AT LEAST TWO (2) WEEKS IN ADVANCE OF CHECK-IN DATE will forfeit the package purchase price. By making a reservation in response to this promotion, you are agreeing to this policy. Planning a weekend getaway in Orlando? Dinner shows abound in Central Florida. After an evening of delicious food and super entertainment, relax in the comfort of a deluxe, one-bedroom condo. Liki Tiki Village's condos are furnished with all the comforts of home. Rest in the queen-sized bed, revitalize in the whirlpool-style tub, spread out in the living area, and view your favorite show on the large, flat-screen TV. TVs are located in the living area and the bedroom. The fully-equipped kitchen provides the ease of preparing a snack or full meal. A washer and dryer are conveniently located within the unit for your use.

Two Bedroom Condo

Our two-bedroom, two-bath condo makes for the perfect vacation home base for all your holiday activities. After experiencing world-famous attractions such as Walt Disney World® or enjoying world-class shopping at Orlando Premium Outlets, you'll appreciate a little down time at Liki Tiki Village. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, TV, and the accompanying bath offers a whirlpool-style tub. The second bedroom has two twin beds, and its own TV.  The living area offers a queen-sized sofa-sleeper, and a large flat-screen TV provides entertainment for those relaxing times. Movie rentals are available for the DVD player. A fully-equipped kitchen affords preparation of speedy snacks or a full meal for your hungry family. Conveniently located within the unit are a washer and dryer for quick laundry clean up. Our two bedroom condos are approximately 1000 square feet.
