Qualifications:

1. A valid, active MAJOR CREDIT CARD will be requiered to check in at this resort.
2. THESE PACKAGES ARE PREPAID AND YOUR CREDIT CARD WILL BE CHARGED IN FULL WITHIN 24 HOURS OF MAKING THE RESERVATION REQUEST.
3. Be a U.S. citizen or legal resident; Some other countries qualify, please call for details.
4. Both husband and wife must be between 25 and 79 years of age;
5. Be married, or a cohabiting couple, have a combined Gross Annual Income of at least $50,000;
6. No single men or women are eligible, only married or cohabitating couples;
7. Neither guest in the qualifying couple can be in Pending Bankruptcy or going through Mortgage Loan Modification;
8. Have not participated in at a Summer Bay Resort sales presentation within the past 12 months;
9. Bring, as proof of ID, one picture ID verifying residence at the same address, and one Major Credit Card (American Express/MasterCard/Visa/Discover) Debit cards are NOT accepted;
10. Both parties attending the sales presentation must understand, read and speak fluent English or Spanish without the benefit of an interpreter; and
11. If you and your spouse or cohabiting partner (if applicable) are eligible for the incentive, then both of you must attend and complete the entire presentation on vacation ownership. Our presentation is designed to last for approximately 90 minutes; however, under certain circumstances it could last longer.
12. This vacation package is non-refundable. Failure to meet these requirements or complete our presentation will result in your credit card being charged the promotional rate plus $100 per night and the retail amount of any other incentive(s) that you may have received.
13. Residents of Lake, Orange, Osceola, Seminole, Brevard, Volusia, Pinellas, Polk, or Hillsborough counties are not eligible for the promotion. Summer Bay Resort owners are not eligible for the promotion.

Terms & Conditions

This vacation package is an offer designed to promote vacation ownership plans for households with a combined income over $50,000. This offer supersedes all other representations made in regard to this offer, verbal or written. Bearer shall receive the benefits and services described on the first page of this purchase confirmation in exchange for the charges agreed to be paid by participant. Participant understands that the payment vehicle in which he or she provided for payment,(Major Credit Card) , shall be automatically debited on the day of the initiation of their order. Travel must be completed within 18 months. Additional surcharges may apply to holiday and peak periods. The retail value of this package varies based on the season. Failure to attend the sales presentation may result in the charge of the retail value of accommodations. Additional surcharges will apply to holiday and peak periods. During peak periods, conventions, holidays or when Your Host Resort room allotment is full, the accommodation provider reserves the right to substitute a different premier resort destination or hotel accommodations. Participant may reschedule one time with $25 rescheduling fee. In the event the participant changes dates subsequent to the first rescheduled date, a fee of $50 will apply for each change requested thereafter. Failure to notify us of any changes to your vacation within 72 hours of scheduled check in date will result in the cancellation of your vacation, and the immediate forfeiture of the vacation package and any monies paid. Airfare, transportation, hotel & state taxes, and meals are not included in this offer. This is an advance purchase package. Travel related benefits such as Cruise, or other accommodation provider of such travel related benefits, is responsible for the benefits to which it offers and each have independent terms and conditions to which each is responsible for providing in conjunction with such offers independent of Timeshare Orlando Marketing Group, LLC terms and conditions.

No "group" tours will be accepted, no more than two families occupying the same villa. If you have a reservation with us, we cannot offer another reservation to other friends or relatives of yours, but they can stay with you in your villa if the maximum occupancy allows it. This vacation package is non-refundable; however, it can be rescheduled one time upon TWO (2) WEEKS advance notice and is subject to a $25 rescheduling fee. In the event you cannot travel on your scheduled dates, you must give at least TWO (2) WEEKS advance notice of cancellation to avoid “no show” charges. Failure to give TWO (2) WEEKS notice, will result in forfeiture of your vacation package. Should you desire to re-schedule your arrival date, simply let us know prior to TWO (2) WEEKS in advance of this confirmed arrival date, and based upon availability, we will be happy to help you select other travel dates within the next 12 month period. No refunds for early departures. Offer subject to change without notice. This offer is not transferable and is not valid in conjunction with any other offer.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Participants in the promotion who do not meet the qualifications set forth in the above Details of Participation, including those who fail to attend the sales presentation, will be responsible to pay the full rack rate of the accommodations at the current time before checking out of the resort. Participants with confirmed reservations who fail to check into their reserved accommodations on the first reserved date or who fail to reschedule their reservations AT LEAST TWO (2) WEEKS IN ADVANCE OF CHECK-IN DATE will forfeit the package purchase price. By making a reservation in response to this promotion, you are agreeing to this policy.
