The 90 minute sales presentation will provide you with useful information about your alternatives for future family vacations.

Holiday Inn Express at Summer Bay Enjoy your stay at this beautiful hotel located in the grounds of Summer Bay Resort, just 6 miles from Disney World. This great hotel was built as a part of the summer Bay Resort complex and nestled among sandy beaches and tranquil waterways, our hotel pampers our guests with a deluxe continental breakfast, complimentary transportation to the theme parks, and organized daily activities.

The Inn at Summer Bay is a 100 room economically priced Inn, which features clean and comfortable rooms with color TV, cable, coffeemaker, telephone with data port, hairdryers, mini-fridge and microwave. The property is located only six miles from Disney World and one mile east of Hwy 27 on Hwy 192 in Kissimmee, allowing for easy access and in the middle of Orlando's tourist district.

Qualifications:

1. Be a U.S. citizen or legal resident;
2. Both husband and wife must be between 25 and 68 years of age;
3. Be married, or a cohabiting couple, have a combined Gross Annual Income of at least $45,000;
4. Have not participated in at a Summer Bay Resort sales presentation within the past 12 months;
5. Bring, as proof of ID, one picture ID verifying residence at the same address, and one major credit card (American Express/MasterCard/Visa/Discover) Debit or ATM cards are not accepted;
6. Both parties attending the sales presentation must understand, read and speak fluent English or Spanish without the benefit of an interpreter; and
7. If you and your spouse or cohabiting partner (if applicable) are eligible for the incentive, then both of you must attend and complete the entire presentation on vacation ownership. Our presentation is designed to last for approximately 90 minutes; however, under certain circumstances it could last longer.
8. This vacation package is non-refundable. Failure to meet these requirements or complete our presentation will result in your credit card being charged the promotional rate plus $100 per night and the retail amount of any other incentive(s) that you may have received.
9. Residents of Brevard, Lake, Orange, Osceola, Polk, Seminole, or Volusia Counties are not eligible for the promotion. Summer Bay Resort owners are not eligible for the promotion.

Attendance to a 90-minutes sales presentation at Summer Bay Resort's sales center is required. All persons must be 25 years of age or older, single women must be over 30 years of age. If married, both husband and wife must attend the sales presentation together. Combined annual income must be at least $45,000 with a major credit card. Guests must present a major credit card and valid photo ID at the tour reception desk. Not eligible if you have previously toured Summer Bay Resort. No "group" tours will be accepted (more than one family). All reservations are subject to availability and based on a first come, first served basis. This vacation package is non-refundable; however, it can be rescheduled one time upon 72 hour advance notice and is subject to a $25 rescheduling fee. In the event you cannot travel on your scheduled dates, you must give at least 72 hours advance notice of cancellation to avoid “no show” charges. Failure to give 72 hour notice, will result in forfeiture of your vacation package. Should you desire to re-schedule your arrival date, simply let us know prior to 72 hours in advance of this confirmed arrival date, and based upon availability, we will be happy to help you select other travel dates within the next six month period.
