Terms & Conditions

1. Be a citizen or legal resident of The United States, Canada or Mexico.
2. Both husband and wife must be between 25 and 67 years of age;
3. Be married, or a cohabiting couple, with a combined Gross Annual Income of at least $45,000;
4. Have not participated in a Tempus Resorts sales presentation within the past 18 months;
5. Bring, as proof of ID, one picture ID verifying residence at the same address, and one major credit card (American Express/MasterCard/Visa/Discover).
6. Both parties attending the sales presentation must understand, read and speak fluent English or Spanish without the benefit of an interpreter; and If you and your spouse or cohabiting partner (if applicable) are eligible for the discounted rates for accommodations at Mystic Dunes Resort, then both of you must attend and complete the entire presentation on vacation ownership. Our presentation is designed to last for approximately 120 minutes; however, under certain circumstances it could last longer.
7. This vacation package is non-refundable. Failure to meet these requirements or complete our presentation will result in your credit card being charged a $300 penalty.
8. Residents of Brevard, Lake, Orange, Osceola, Polk, Seminole, or Volusia Counties are not eligible for the promotion. Mystic Dunes Resort owners are not eligible for the promotion.
9. No more than one family. (no families or friends travelling together with the same promotion except if they are staying in your villa)

Details of Participation:

This promotion does not include any attraction tickets. Attendance at a 2-hour sales presentation at Mystic Dunes Resort & Golf Club sales center is required. All persons must be between the ages of 25 and 67; This promotion is for married couples or couples living together and with the same address in their driver license. Husband and wife or partner must attend and complete the sales presentation together. Combined annual income must be at least $50,000 with a Major Credit card. Guests must present a major credit card and valid photo ID at the tour reception desk. If you have toured Mystic dunes Resort in the past you must call our office to check if you qualify for this promotion. Single women qualify only if they are between the ages of 30 to 67 with an annual income of at least $50,000 and must have a valid major credit card , debit cards are not accepted. Retired couples or individuals must be 60 years of age or younger and must meet the income requirements mention above. No "group" tours will be accepted, no more than two families occupying the same villa. If you have a reservation with us, we cannot offer another reservation to other friends or relatives of yours, but they can stay with you in your villa if the maximum occupancy allows it. A $400.00 penalty will be split between two or more families related in any way (relatives, friends, neighbors, etc,) travelling together with two or more different reservations. All reservations are subject to availability and based on a first come, first served basis. This vacation package is non-refundable; however, it can be rescheduled one time upon 72 hour advance notice and is subject to a $25 rescheduling fee. In the event you cannot travel on your scheduled dates, you must give at least 72 hours advance notice of cancellation to avoid “no show” charges. Failure to give 72 hour notice, will result in forfeiture of your vacation package. Should you desire to re-schedule your arrival date, please contact customer service prior to 72 hours in advance of this confirmed arrival date, and based upon availability, we will help you select other travel dates within the next 12 months period. No refunds for early departures. Offer subject to change without notice. This offer is not transferable and is not valid in conjunction with any other offer. This offer is valid only for residents of the following states: Alabama, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Louisiana, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, North Dakota, New Jersey,New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Puerto Rico, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, D.C.
