Swimming Complex:

The Regal Palms Swimming Pavilion has been designed to meet the needs of sun seekers and swimmers alike. All around the pool there are sunbathing terraces where you can just relax in the Florida Sunshine. If you need to cool off, you will find welcome relief in the constantly filtered and temperature controlled waters.While the water is always popular with children, our complex also has a play area that is immensely popular. Just a stones throw away, they can play all day.

There are two pools and a lazy river in the complex; one with zero entry where young children can splash safely and the other a customary pool for your enjoyment. Around the zero entry pool is a lazy river where you can test you swimming prowess against the tide or simply go with the flow and float around. There is also our immensely popular waterslide, a constant favorite and, an outdoor hot spa with water jets that will gently massage you.

Club House:

The elegantly constructed Regal Palms club house includes our 24hr front desk and is designed with a spectacular atrium beautifully finished in hard wood a earth tones. The front desk and business center are always open so if you need to contact the outside world of have any problems during your stay, there will always be someone to assist you. Our hospitality professionals are here to make your stay, memorable.

There is a choice of eating for you to experience. As well as our indoor restaurant you have the option of eating outside on the veranda where the dress code is relaxed. For those of you who wish, we also have a take-out menu for the pool area.

1. Be a citizen or legal resident of The United States, Canada. Some Latin American countries also qualify.
2. Both husband and wife must be between 25 and 68 years of age;
3. Be married, or a cohabiting couple, with a combined Gross Annual Income of at least $50,000;
4. Have not participated in a Consolidated Resorts sales presentation within the past 18 months;
5. Bring, as proof of ID, one picture ID verifying residence at the same address, and one major credit card (American Express/MasterCard/Visa/Discover) ATM cards are not accepted.
6. Both parties attending the sales presentation must understand, read and speak fluent English or Spanish without the benefit of an interpreter; and If you and your spouse or cohabiting partner (if applicable) are eligible for the discounted rates for accommodations at Villas at Regal Palms, then both of you must attend and complete the entire presentation on vacation ownership. Our presentation is designed to last for approximately 120 minutes; however, under certain circumstances it could last longer.
7. This vacation package is non-refundable. Failure to meet these requirements or complete our presentation will result in your credit card being charged $375.00
8. Residents of Brevard, Lake, Orange, Osceola, Polk, Seminole, or Volusia Counties are not eligible for the promotion. Villas at Regal Palms owners are not eligible for the promotion.
9. No more than one family. (no families or friends travelling together with the same promotion)

Details of Participation:
This promotion does not include any attraction tickets. Please note that this reservation is a "One Time Only" reservation on our websites and no further reservations will be allowed through our company websites. Attendance at a 2-hour sales presentation at Villas at Regal Palms sales center is required. All persons must be between the ages of 25 and 68; single women must be between the ages of 30 and 68. If married, both husband and wife must attend the sales presentation together. Combined annual income must be at least $50,000 with a major credit card. Guests must present a major credit card and valid photo ID at the tour reception desk. Not eligible if you have previously toured Villas at Regal Palms . No "group" tours will be accepted, no more than one family (No families or friends traveling together with the same promotion) a $375.00 penalty will be split between both families related in any way (relatives, friends, neighbors, etc.). All reservations are subject to availability and based on a first come, first served basis. This vacation package is non-refundable; however, it can be rescheduled one time upon 72 hour advance notice and is subject to a $25 rescheduling fee. In the event you cannot travel on your scheduled dates, you must give at least 72 hours advance notice of cancellation to avoid “no show” charges. Failure to give 72 hour notice, will result in forfeiture of your vacation package. Should you desire to re-schedule your arrival date, please contact customer service prior to 72 hours in advance of this confirmed arrival date, and based upon availability, we will help you select other travel dates within the next 12 months period.
